Executive Search Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned talent sourcing expert to join our Executive Recruiting team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top-tier technical and non-technical candidates, creating a world-class search experience.

About the Role
  • Generate high-quality talent pipelines for open and future roles, driving hiring initiatives and market mapping development.
  • Design innovative multi-channel search strategies to attract exceptional engineering talent.
  • Develop prospects into viable candidates, assessing them for role fit, level, and motivations through structured phone interviews.
  • Collaborate with Principal Researchers for candidate review and requisition updates.
  • Leverage tools, resources, best practices, and recruiting technologies to achieve success.
Requirements
  • A skilled talent sourcing professional with expertise in surfacing candidates who meet specific role requirements at an Executive level.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent attraction skills, particularly in recruiting passive Software Development Engineer (SDE) candidates.
  • Ability to adapt efforts across multiple Executive roles for existing open requisitions and long-term pipeline efforts.
  • Pipeline development expertise with the ability to identify, share, and track highly qualified candidates over time.
  • A communicator who can effectively convey complex data stories with stakeholders, identify trends, and build recommendations to enhance Research & Recruiting efforts
