Job Title: Process Expert - Talent Optimization Specialist

About the Job:
This role involves working with clients to improve their talent acquisition and optimization processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies and be able to collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and screen candidates
* Source and attract top talent through social media channels and other innovative methods
* Negotiate offers with candidates and create provisional offer letters
* Review and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
* Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, including experience collaborating with hiring managers and sourcing candidates through social media
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
