Business Analyst – Finance Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Finance Control professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO and PS, as well as excellent business analysis and process improvement skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Management, Controlling, and Project Costing. The successful candidate will be able to evaluate initiatives against SAP standards and propose best-fit solutions.

As a Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with Finance leadership to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives. You will also drive alignment with standard SAP processes, challenging non-standard requests when necessary.

  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance/Procurement stakeholders.
  • Partner with VP Finance and Global Process Owners to intake, prioritize, and deliver finance-related initiatives.

  • Provide expertise in SAP FICO and PS modules—covering design, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • Support integration of Finance with Procurement and other business functions.

The successful candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives. Experience in SAP reporting and analytics (BW, SAC, BI) is also highly desirable.

Skill Requirements:

  • SAP FICO and PS certification.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes: AP, AR, GL, Asset Management, Controlling, Project Costing.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in SAP reporting and analytics (BW, SAC, BI).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to S/4HANA Finance and related analytics.
  • Certifications in ITIL-based service management.
  • Experience in global finance transformation or integration projects.
