Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Lead

This is a dynamic role where you will be working closely with technical teams to drive the implementation of systems and ensure architectural consistency. Your expertise in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word will be highly valuable in this position.

You will also have the opportunity to analyze business needs and identify new processes and process improvements that meet those needs. This involves document current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps, as well as evaluating the impact of potential software and process changes on the organization.

As a seasoned professional, you will have strong domain knowledge in at least one business area and excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical collaborators at all levels. You must be meticulous, proactive, and efficient with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks, as well as work independently and within teams managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field or equivalent work experience, along with minimum 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience. Familiarity with application integration methods, including data mapping processes, is also required. Soft Skills such as strong listening skills, creative problem-solving and effective presentation are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitate research, analysis and documentation of business systems requirements.
  • Research user requirements, costs and benefits in support of documentation required for the demand management process.
  • Document current business processes and models to define requirements and/or gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant technical or business work experience.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
  • Familiarity with application integration methods.
  • Strong domain knowledge in at least one business area.

  • Meticulous, proactive and efficient.
  • Able to work independently and within teams.
