Job Title: Business Analyst

A key role within our organization involves acting as a liaison between various stakeholders and IT systems. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.

• This role requires gathering data from application teams, documenting API credential lifecycles, and supporting governance enforcement.
• The ideal candidate will possess a good understanding of IDP concepts, API authentication, and credential management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills are required to apply across various Business Analyst assignments within the IAM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manual Discovery: Work closely with team members to lead the manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage.

2. Data Collection: Reach out to application teams, consolidate and govern collected information, and build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.

3. Process Documentation: Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.

4. Operationalization: After completing the discovery phase, move on to process documentation, operationalization, and supporting governance enforcement.

5. Integration: Prepare for integration into the future centralized technical solution.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.

7. Support Activities: Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.

• Intermediate to advanced Knowledge on IT Information Security
• Good understanding of IAM control reviews
• Experience in user access administration model on various Applications
• Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security
• Good (Intermediate) understanding Agile methodology
• Effective communication and coordination with various stakeholders
• Good experience in managing application & infrastructure related issues
• Good knowledge in project planning and risk management
• Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management

• Strong understanding of IDP (Identity Providers) and API authentication mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, API keys)
• Knowledge of API credential lifecycle and governance practices
• Ability to conduct manual discovery, engage stakeholders, and capture complex technical flows
• Basic knowledge of IDP concepts is acceptable; deeper expertise can be developed during the project
• Strong stakeholder communication and data gathering capabilities
