Job Title: Finance Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Finance Systems Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and technology, with expertise in implementing and managing financial systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions. They will also design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.

Additionally, the candidate will lead or support ERP implementation projects, ensuring smooth integration with finance processes. They will manage finance system-related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards for MIS, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Lead or support ERP implementation projects and ensure smooth integration with finance processes.
  • Manage finance system–related implementations and enhancements, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide system support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or IT for resolution.
  • Document workflows, processes, and technical specifications.
  • Train Finance team members on new tools, reports, and processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, and reporting solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization, report automation)
  • Proven track record in ERP implementation (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / similar)
  • Knowledge of finance system implementations and integration with accounting processes
  • Good understanding of financial reporting, MIS, and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment
  • Exposure to automation of finance workflows and process improvements
  • Experience working with SQL or other data sources for reporting
