Role Overview

This Senior Techno Functional SAP Specialist will lead our technology initiatives and drive operational excellence. They will blend strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to optimize, integrate, and scale our ERP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP B1 Implementation & Optimization
    • Oversee end-to-end SAP B1 deployments, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure seamless integration with our business needs.
    • Configure modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Inventory) and customize workflows to align with business requirements.
  • Techno-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and oversee their technical implementation.
  • Process Improvement & Automation
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes within ERP, CRM, and other integrated systems to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
    • Implement best practices to improve reporting capabilities and system performance across all integrated platforms.
  • System Integrations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP B1 with external applications (e.g., e-commerce, CRM, warehouse management).
    • Ensure data consistency and optimal system performance across all integrated platforms.
  • Ownership & Mentorship
    • Lead small teams or external vendors in project execution, setting timelines and quality benchmarks.
    • Provide guidance and knowledge-sharing sessions to junior team members on SAP B1 functionalities and best practices.
  • Troubleshooting & Support
    • Oversee debugging and root-cause analysis for SAP B1 issues.
    • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for system users.
