At the intersection of finance and strategy, a talented Business Finance Manager is sought to spearhead pricing and revenue optimization initiatives. This key role will shape business outcomes by driving data-led financial decisions across transaction-level merchant operations.

Pricing Strategy Specialist

  • Drive Pricing Strategies:
    • Design frameworks for merchant acquiring and digital payments to maximize profitability.
    • Collaborate with product teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
  • Revenue Leakage Recovery Expert:
    • Identify mismatches and undercharges in transactions using analytical skills.
    • Support implementation of controls to plug revenue leakages.
  • Business Insights Partner:
    • Act as a finance partner to product and engineering teams on pricing and profitability.
    • Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Create dashboards to track pricing health and recovery metrics.
    • Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using Excel, SQL, Power BI.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles. Exposure to fintech, payments, or merchant businesses is highly desirable.
  • Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows).
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.
