Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional with expertise in Workday Financial Management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing financial processes within Workday and a strong understanding of financial systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain Workday Financial Management modules to support accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports and dashboards within Workday to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Workday Financial Management, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Financial processes and functionalities, promoting effective use and adoption.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of regulatory adherence.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday Financial Management, demonstrating expertise in implementation, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis, with the ability to develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize deadlines effectively.
