Workday Integration Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Manager to lead our team in implementing and optimizing Workday solutions for our clients. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Your primary focus will be on integrating Workday with various systems and applications, including HR systems, financial systems, and other business-critical tools. You will work closely with our project management office (PMO), stakeholders, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in Workday implementation, configuration, and integration. Your expertise should include but not limited to, Workday HCM, Financial Management, Payroll, Time-Off Management, and Security/Access Control. Strong knowledge of data migration, testing, and deployment strategies is also essential.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Workday implementations and integrations.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
