This position involves planning and executing complex transitions across multiple functions and global locations.

Key responsibilities include creating transition plans, managing timelines, and ensuring all transition tollgates are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale business process transitions and experience in managing projects/teams across various global locations.

Strong management, decision-making, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

A strong understanding of project management principles, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments, is also required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

">

Minimum 5 years of experience in a large multinational corporation with part of that time working in a global shared services organization.

">

Experience leading large-scale, high-visibility business process transitions.

">

Experience managing projects/teams across various global locations.

">

Combination of experience in both accounting ERP systems and management information systems.

">

Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, Technology, Human Resources) required.

">

MBA preferred.

">
