- Job Description: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the smooth transition of technology (SAP, Salesforce, AWS, AZURE, Workday, Oracle, Guidewire etc.) projects, processes, or systems within an organization. They ensure that the transition is efficient, minimizes disruptions, and meets predefined objectives and timelines. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers.
- Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Transition Planning
- Develop a comprehensive transition plan outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure a seamless transition process.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align transition goals with project objectives.
- 2. Team Coordination
- Build and lead a transition team, assigning roles and responsibilities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the transition process.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- 3. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of the transition plan, progress, and any changes made during the transition.
- Regularly update stakeholders and management on the status of the transition.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate transition progress and outcomes.
- 4. Risk Management
- Proactively identify potential risks and issues related to the transition.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition.
- Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed.
- 5. Resource Management/ Enablement
- Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, as required for the transition.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed.
- 6. Stakeholder Management/ Communication
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with stakeholders throughout the transition.
- 7. Knowledge Transfer
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users and relevant teams to ensure a smooth transition.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer from outgoing to incoming teams.

- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP, CSM - project management certifications (preferable)
