Job Title: Telesales Specialist
Job Summary:
GSR EDUWIZER PVT LTD is seeking a skilled Telesales Specialist to join our team. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products or services, and securing appointments for our Business Development Associates to approach for services. You will also be required to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, maintain accurate records of all calls made and sales achieved, and provide feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service or sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
