Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Outreach Manager to drive awareness and engagement for various programs across India. This role involves building strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote our offerings.

The successful candidate will represent us at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position our brand as a top choice for business and tech education.

  • Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with key decision-makers in schools and colleges.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel as required.
