Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Technology Specialist to lead our technology initiatives in South India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, excellent client engagement skills, and proven experience in large-scale deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the regional technology lead, supporting solution design, deployment, and technical alignment.
  • Act as a technical lead for Named ISP/Telco or Hospitality accounts, offering pre- and post-sales support.
  • Train & certify customers and partners on new technologies, POCs, and technical presentations.
  • Drive and support large-scale network rollouts involving switching, wireless, and routing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex problems.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers, system integrators, and channel partners in the region.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge in Switching, Wireless, and Routing technologies (theory + hands-on).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
  • In-depth familiarity with products from major networking vendors like Cisco, HP, Netgear, D-Link, Ruckus, Aruba, Huawei, and TPLink.
  • Experience in handling large-scale deployments in enterprise, ISP, or hospitality segments.
  • Strong communication and public speaking/presentation skills (must-have).
  • Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Certifications:

  • OCNA / VCSA / CCNA / ACNP / PMP (preferred, not required).

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver.
  • Proven track record of client-facing roles and technical consulting.
  • Willng to travel across the South India region.
