Job Opportunity:

Key Account Managers are responsible for growing and managing key client relationships within designated regions. They must have a deep understanding of smart manufacturing technologies, knowledge of the manufacturing industry, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop strong working relationships with clients to identify their needs and challenges.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Create and implement account plans to increase revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet sales targets by effectively presenting company solutions to key clients.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in enterprise software sales or related fields.
  • Proven track record in sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise market and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in smart manufacturing, industrial automation, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales productivity tools.
