Job Description:

We focus on providing 'buyer intelligence' to sales teams, empowering them with unprecedented insights about their buyers. This enables them to tailor every interaction and build lasting connections.

As a key player in our sales team, you'll become an expert in our product and the broader Sales AI market. You'll work closely with senior sales leaders, CROs, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and showcase how our platform can address those challenges.

  • You will be responsible for strategically prospecting into assigned accounts, leveraging email, calling, and social selling to develop multi-threaded deal strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls, demo calls, and guide prospects through the sales journey until closure.
  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to qualification to closing, working closely with the Head of Sales and C-Suite leaders.
  • Be a full-cycle salesperson, responsible for generating most of your own pipeline.
Qualifications:

We're seeking individuals with a proven track record of success in sales, specifically in enterprise settings. Key qualifications include:

  • At least $1M in closed/won revenue over your career.
  • A trailblazing track record of consistently exceeding targets and achieving President's Clubs.
  • A sharp brain, ability to customize pitches on the fly, and a scientific approach to sales.
  • Ability to hustle and have dogged determination, but with high-level discipline and structure.
  • Highly competitive nature and a track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Experience in full-cycle selling, sourcing your own pipeline, and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to sell to both functional and departmental groups, including Sales, IT, and HR.
  • Passions for technology, software, and its impact on businesses.
  • Genuine love for clients and a penchant for making them successful.
  • Experience selling deals larger than $100K ACV to the US market.
