Job Opportunity

As a Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue expansion and accelerating growth in the Medical and SaaS domains.

In this dynamic role, you will identify new opportunities, build client partnerships, and drive business development initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and market growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Bid Management: Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow our client base in medical and SaaS sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Lead sales cycles including pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Revenue Strategy: Develop strategic sales plans, pipelines, and revenue targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and brand presence.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, performance updates, and market insights.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles (agency/marketing sales preferred).
  • Strong understanding of business dynamics, industry trends, and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, agency sales, or SaaS solutions is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional with problem-solving skills.
