We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an experienced professional in the field, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow configurations to meet business requirements
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports to monitor performance and provide insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT services and support
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow integration protocols and ITSM Framework
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and support
  • Strong understanding of business processes and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with web-based applications using JavaScript and Ajax
  • ITIL/ServiceNow certifications are advantageous
