What are we looking for?


• ServiceNow certified technical lead & implementation specialist with experience in implementing all modules (with focus Insurance/BFS clients


• Individual with strong technical understanding of ServiceNow architecture & framework


• A deep understanding of ServiceNow technical processes, ability to analyse & provide recommendation around application architecture


• Proven record of technical leadership, managing complex projects, result driven approach & closely working with cross functional team

What does the job entail?


• Leads technical aspects of ServiceNow implementation working with cloud services AWS/GCP for scalable and flexible solutioning


• Applies technology to business processes to develop ServiceNow solutions


• Consults with business analyst/project manager to devel


• Advises on technical options, risk and impacts of tech solutioning on business processes and technical architecture


• Communicates technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to stakeholders


• Expertise with the ServiceNow platform suite and manage implementation and execution of ServiceNow modules (with focus on BPM)


• Responsible for ServiceNow integration with multiple systems/applications and implementation of ServiceNow data model


• Oversee ServiceNow scripting and security best practices


• Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS and ServiceNow API's, Web Services

Education:


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred

Work exp:


• Minimum 10 years of experience leading technical teams with complex projects in cloud ecosystem with 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow


• Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology including SNOW integrations with other enterprise systems/applications


• Review technical design document and provides insight and guidance on best practices and workflows


• Experience providing technical leadership for ServiceNow implementation pr team & stakeholder management


• Deep understanding of project management phases, techniques, tools and ability to work hand-in-hand with cross functional team


• Technical expertise in setting up of DevOps pipelines for platforms with standard DevOps tools


• Comfortable working in a fast


• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions


• Experience providing cross-


• Experience with end-user and stakeholder engagement


• Knowledge of life Insurance domain will be added advantage
