We are seeking an experienced professional to specialize in the administration, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alerting systems.
Main Responsibilities:- Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert management solutions.
- Administer the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability and optimized performance for ITOM modules.
- Develop and maintain event rules, alert correlation rules, and related workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ITOM solutions.
- Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management for proactive incident response.
- Perform system configuration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions as required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Event Management and alerting.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert system implementation.
- Strong administration and configuration skills on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with integrations between monitoring tools (like SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, etc.) and ServiceNow Event Management.
- Good understanding of IT Operations processes and proactive incident management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory or willing to obtain.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (preferred).
