Job Title: Servicenow Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing and developing scalable Servicenow solutions, integrations with third-party systems, and aligning workflows to business requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, configure, and customize Servicenow applications/modules including CSM, SOM, TSM, FSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Servicenow and external platforms (REST, SOAP, MID server, etc.).
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Servicenow.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and other configurations.
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and assist with UAT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, project managers, and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Stay current with new Servicenow features and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Servicenow Developer or Solution Architect.
  • Proven experience with CSM, SOM, and TSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Servicenow Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID server).
  • Experience with Field Service Management (FSM), ITSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Solid understanding of Servicenow architecture and platform capabilities.
  • Experience with scripting languages like JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Servicenow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, CAD) are a plus.
