Job Title: ServiceNow OTM Solution Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to implement and configure ServiceNow's OTM module, ensuring seamless integration with operational technology systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement mid-server configuration, CMDB, discovery, and Service Graph Connector in ServiceNow.
- Develop a strong understanding of networking concepts, including DMZ zones, public/private/hybrid cloud environments, and industrial control systems.
- Collaborate with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions and represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
- Document technical details and prepare training material for project teams.
- Analyze issues, gather data, and present solutions to improve operational efficiency.
