Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled OTM Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders, configuring and implementing OTM modules, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboration and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions leveraging OTM capabilities.
  • Module Configuration: Configure, customize, and implement OTM modules, including Order Management, Planning, Execution, Visibility, and Settlement Processes.
  • Training and Education: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers to educate users and stakeholders on OTM best practices.
  • Technical Specifications: Develop technical specifications, functional design documents, and test plans for OTM implementations and enhancements.
  • System Configuration: Perform system configurations, data mapping, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, and TMS.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OTM applications, diagnosing technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
Requirements:
  • Experience in OTM: Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting OTM solutions is required.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and analytical skills are necessary for this role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
