Job Description

The role of a ServiceNow ITAM (SAM) specialist involves creating innovative solutions tailored to specific client requirements and industry best practices. Key responsibilities include conducting workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand business requirements and functional needs. It is essential to collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather insights on business requirements and functional needs.
  • Defining and designing ServiceNow solutions that meet specific client requirements and industry standards.
  • Identifying gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Creating user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Providing post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.
Requirements:
  • 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per organizational requirements.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform security, performance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
