Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable solutions that enhance ITSM and HR processes on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ensure seamless integration of internal and external information sources, leveraging advanced technologies to drive automation and efficiency.
  • Align process design with technology architecture and core enterprise data to deliver end-to-end solutions that strengthen business operations.
  • Lead the development of new application modules, workflows, and automation capabilities using agile methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and maintain robust integrations with external systems leveraging REST APIs, Web Services, Import Sets, Scripted APIs, and MID Server technologies.
  • Provide technical expertise in Flow Designer, Service Catalog, ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Automation, Employee Service Center, and Event Management to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with Solution Managers, Process Owners, and Business Stakeholders to refine backlog priorities and translate requirements into effective design and technical specifications.

Requirements:

  • 12 years of ITSM experience.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow.
  • Hands-on experience on ServiceNow ITSM, HR, and Platform.
  • Understanding of ITSM and HR Process.
  • Understanding of Core ServiceNow components.
  • Agile Methodologies knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT related education.
  • ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
