Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
ServiceNow Architect
with a strong background in the
health insurance and banking domains
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations and ensuring optimal use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, and CSM modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow architectural designs.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with industry and security standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure solution quality.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools, especially relevant to banking and insurance ecosystems.
  • Stay updated with ServiceNow's latest features and releases, recommending improvements where applicable.
  • Prepare documentation, solution design specs, and impact assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years
    of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, architecture, and development.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect in
    health insurance and/or banking domains
    .
  • Expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, GRC/IRM, CSM, HRSD, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations with core banking systems, insurance policy management systems, or other domain-specific applications.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio and custom app development.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow's AI and Virtual Agent capabilities.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance needs in the banking and insurance sectors.
