ServiceNow OTM Solution Consultant

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environment.
  • Prioritize skills in implementing OT Visibility, OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules.

The position requires configuring and enhancing ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform, and developing automated processes using scripting languages.

A strong understanding of Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment, and Industrial control systems is necessary.

The selected individual will work closely with architects to ensure technically feasible solutions.
