ServiceNow Developer ITOM

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team in Mumbai, India.

Job Overview:

  • Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert management solutions.
  • Administer the ServiceNow platform to ensure stability and optimized performance for ITOM modules.
  • Develop and maintain event rules, alert correlation rules, and related workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored ITOM solutions.
  • Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management for proactive incident response.
  • Perform system configuration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Event Management and alerting.
  • Maintain system documentation and contribute to best practices within the team.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert system implementation.
  • Strong administration and configuration skills on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with integrations between monitoring tools and ServiceNow Event Management.
  • Good understanding of IT Operations processes and proactive incident management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
