Job Title

ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Admin

Overview

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and be able to develop and implement efficient solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer the ServiceNow platform across various modules including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Develop strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Create catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Set up and track metrics such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and SLA performance.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and streamline workflows.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in administering ServiceNow.
  • Strong technical expertise in Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and ACLs.
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped apps, data import/export, and UI policies.
