Program Monitoring and Evaluation Role

The goal of this position is to ensure the efficient execution, monitoring, and optimization of educational programs supported by the Vinoba Application.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and evaluating education programs across districts
  • Analyzing and cleaning large datasets to track program impact
  • Cultivating reports for stakeholders
  • Training and building capacity of teachers & administrators on the Vinoba App
  • Supporting application development with data-driven insights

Requirements include a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Applications, Social Sciences or related field, 2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, M&E or tech-enabled program execution, strong proficiency in Advanced Excel & Data Analysis, and proficiency in English, Hindi & local language for stakeholder engagement.

Key skills required for this role are advanced data analysis, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of programs, and making informed decisions based on data insights.
