About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Education Development to spearhead our educational initiatives.

  • Set clear performance indicators to assess the program's impact, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive curricula that foster holistic growth, cognitive development, and emotional well-being in students.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, leveraging strategic planning, efficient execution, and innovative problem-solving to drive results.
  • Possesses exceptional leadership capabilities, building, mentoring, and managing diverse teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating expertise and a strong track record of success in education or related fields.
