Primary Education Leader Role

A dedicated and passionate individual is sought after to excel as a Primary Education Leader. The ideal candidate will provide academic guidance, oversee instructional programs, and foster a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Academic Leadership: Review lesson plans, observe classes, and encourage the use of various instructional strategies and materials.
  • Community Connect: Conduct parent-teacher meetings and one-to-one sessions with parents to establish strong relationships and address student needs.
  • Communication Processes: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with teachers, parents, and students.
  • Student Focus: Ensure the academic, emotional, and social well-being of students by organizing relevant workshops and events.

Qualifications:

  • Masters in any subject (preferably English, Science, or Social Sciences)
  • Professional teaching degree from a recognized University (B Ed/MEd)
  • Proficiency in technology and language
  • Excellent communication skills

Experience:

  • Previous experience in working with the CBSE board is highly desirable, but experience with other boards is also welcome.
  • Updated knowledge in teaching methodology, remediation planning, differential learning, curriculum review and planning, and student assessment.
