The role of a Specialist is crucial for the success of our Learning and Development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage entire lifecycle of central Learning and Development programs to ensure seamless execution and effective governance.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of programs.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to drive learner engagement and program participation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality programs.
  • Track program performance, maintain relevant documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, influencing capabilities, attention to detail, project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, proactive problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth and learner mindset, comfortable working with data and analytics for program decisions.

This Specialist will think strategically, communicate effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Learning and Development programs that meet business objectives.
