Program Coordinator Role

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator for Life Skills Programs. In this capacity, you will oversee the successful implementation of our programs at schools across various locations. You will work closely with school management, teachers, and academic heads to ensure a smooth and impactful program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Development:
    • Collaborate with content teams to ensure quality of the program, with close involvement in creation, review and signoff of the programs prior to implementation.
    • Participate in strategy and planning of multiple offerings for parents, teachers and students as workshops, seminars and training programs.
    • Support marketing and operations strategies and roll outs.
  • Program Implementation:
    • Oversee the implementation of Lean Hyphen's Life Skills Programs across assigned schools.
    • Maintain implementation timelines and milestones.
    • Ensure successful implementation by taking essential decisions and actions as required for smooth delivery of the program at assigned schools.
  • School Collaboration:
    • Presentation and collaboration activities related to networking and acquiring new schools to support business development activities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and academic heads.
    • Conduct needs assessments and feedback from the schoolteachers and management.
  • Program Delivery
    • Program roll out at schools (especially high school programs) in order to ensure smooth delivery of the program.
    • Conduct classes for students as and when required.
  • Teacher Support:
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to teachers in delivering the programs effectively.
  • Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Collect data on program implementation and impact.
    • Prepare reports for the organization to take further action.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in education, program management, or a relevant field.

Strong understanding of child development and learning theory.

Proven experience in implementing educational programs in schools.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
