Sports Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to manage daily operations of our Sports for Development program in target villages. The ideal candidate will oversee program implementation, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth center functioning.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Management: Oversee daily operations, manage government relationships, and liaise with departments for timely execution and clearances.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with local communities, schools, and sports leaders, align efforts with district sports departments, and lead community outreach.
- Talent Identification & Academy Coordination: Support coaches in identifying and developing youth talent, coordinate with academies for talent progression, and organize trials.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document success stories, field insights, and learnings, support the creation of training materials and SOPs, capture field media for visibility.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 7-10 years of experience or Master's degree with 5-7 years of similar experience.
- Proven ability to engage and build rapport with government stakeholders.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
