Job Description:

We require an experienced Compensation Expert with expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) to serve as a course implementation expert for our partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective course deployment strategies to global audiences.

  • Multiple projects can be handled simultaneously, prioritizing workloads to meet competing deadlines.
  • Clear communication and timely issue escalation are essential.
Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain project plans and complete operational processes to ensure effective e-Learn and in-person course launches.
  2. Actively partner with L&D Program Managers and SMEs to support new and ongoing course deployments.
  3. Document and provide course deployment requirements to inform correct course configurations and assignment of course curriculums.
  4. Draft and maintain course playbooks, key deployment changes, course requirements, and standard operating procedure documents.
  5. Track and report course key metrics and performance measures to stakeholders.
  6. Drive course impact by leveraging data to implement best practices increasing enrollment, discoverability, and consumption of our learning content.
  7. Develop and document effective course communication escalation strategies to drive compliance course completions.
  8. Oversight for e-Learning course maintenance, ILT event management, class session forecasting, group / target audience assignments, and learner enrollments for assigned programs.
  9. Prepare and facilitate course quarterly business review meetings with stakeholders.
  10. Provide course learner support for assigned courses resolving issues or routing cases to appropriate team members.
  11. Work with People Operations, Engineering, People Insights, and Data teams to root cause potential LMS, reporting, or learner support issues.
  12. Execute all learning related audit control testing and support operational audit initiatives.
