Procurement Optimization Specialist

We're seeking a seasoned procurement optimization specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless processes across the organization.

Job Description:

  • Analyze and optimize current procurement workflows to enhance productivity and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain performance tracking systems to monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and track progress against goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
  • Lead or participate in projects that drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in SAP, process optimization, data visualization, and system management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration and integration across various departments.
  • Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver results efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
