Business Operations Specialist Role

  • Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure seamless onboarding, provisioning and internal coordination. Monitor monthly traffic targets, analyze performance trends and provide early support.

  • Work closely with telecom operators and connectivity partners to enhance capacities.

  • Publish daily performance reports for clients, identify reasons for traffic growth or decline.

  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the support team.

  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Hands-on experience/knowledge in CPaaS, A2P SMS, RCS with routing.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in business operations or related roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint presentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills and good customer handling capabilities.
  • Sharp analytical skills and ability to predict trends.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL-V4 certification.
  • Process knowledge and certification.
