You're a detail-oriented and data-driven supply chain professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

\

As a process excellence specialist, you proactively manage supply chain operations with a mindset for efficiency improvement, cost control, and compliance.

\

Main Responsibilities:

  2. SOP Development & Compliance\
  • \
  • Draft, review, and update SOPs aligned with cGMP and internal standards to ensure operational procedures meet regulatory requirements.\
  • Develop and implement SOPs that adhere to industry regulations.\
    • \
    • Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management\
      • \
      • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.\
      • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable improvements in supply chain operations.\
        • \
        • Data Analysis & Reporting\
          • \
          • Analyze and report on key supply chain metrics, including lead time, OTIF, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.\
          • Build dashboards and reports using Excel or other relevant tools to provide insights into supply chain operations.\
            • \
            • Procurement & Vendor Management\
              • \
              • Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and vendor performance.\
              • Drive vendor evaluation and qualification.\
                • \
                • Cross-Functional Collaboration\
                  • \
                  • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.\
                  • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.\

Key Requirements:

  • \
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industries.\
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Operations or related field.\
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.\
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\
