Operational Efficiency Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Efficiency Specialist to lead our efforts in workflow optimization and data management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage workflows using Google AppSheet for seamless automation and data handling, ensuring consistency and accuracy across operational processes.
    • Develop, maintain, and update Google Spreadsheets to ensure timely access to critical operational data and foster collaboration among teams.
    • Monitor and analyze campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, aligning performance metrics with business objectives and driving growth through actionable insights.
    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and operational activities, presenting findings and recommendations to the management team for informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to established company policies and procedures.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Provide day-to-day operational support, assisting with troubleshooting issues related to tools and platforms used across various teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of Google AppSheet and Google Spreadsheets, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing efficient workflows.
  • Proficiency in Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager and Google Ads, with expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills, enabling the creation of actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
