Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Airport Security Team Lead to implement security policies and procedures at our airport operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our flights, punctuality, customer satisfaction, team efficiency, cost control, and a secure working atmosphere.
Primary Responsibilities:
The Airport Security Team Lead will be responsible for managing safe and secure operations in accordance with our security program and applicable procedures. Key tasks include:
- Maintaining standards as per company requirements
- Ensuring effective threat assessment and response capability
- Achieving department goals and following up
- Performing duties as per the Security Programme
- Maintaining performance standards and following up with your shift
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have good communication skills, customer service aptitude, and be open to working in rotational shifts. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
