Investment Role Overview

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing various investment opportunities and taking them to meaningful closure.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough diligence of investment opportunities
  • Presenting findings to the investment committee
  • Negotiating transaction documents
  • Monitoring portfolio companies post-investment
  • Taking corrective steps for improving performance if required

You will also be responsible for preparing internal discussion memos for investment appraisal and taking recovery steps for realization of invested amount if required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification - Chartered Accountant (Rankers/Freshers) or MBA
  • Experience - 0-5 years
  • Field of Experience – Experience in the debt investments/credit evaluation field

You should have a strong understanding of Financial Statements, experience/knowledge of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and/or SARFAESI, proficiency with MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint, and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
