We are seeking a Senior Investment Strategist to drive alpha generation and guide profitable investment decisions. This role involves identifying, researching, and recommending investments through in-depth technical and fundamental analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate alpha by identifying undervalued assets and actionable investment ideas through technical and fundamental data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance, project potential returns, and assess valuations accurately.
  • Conduct primary research on various sectors and industries to pinpoint emerging trends, potential risks, and lucrative investment opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market sentiment, news, and technical trends using platforms like TradingView and Bloomberg.
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence, including engaging with company management, to validate investment theses and assess business fundamentals.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to the investment committee, effectively communicating investment recommendations, including key risks and opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of existing portfolio holdings and provide timely updates based on market changes and company developments.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Expert-level knowledge of fundamental analysis, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and macro-economic theory.
  • Proficiency in technical analysis, including charting platforms like TradingView or Bloomberg, and a deep understanding of indicators such as RSI, MACD, and Fibonacci.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and uncover actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication skills to present complex research findings and investment recommendations clearly and concisely.

Education & Experience

  • A Master's degree in Finance or Economics, or a professional designation like CFA or CA, is typically required.
  • Proven industry knowledge with a deep understanding of specific sectors, including their competitive landscapes, key trends, and market sentiment.
