Job Summary:

About the Role
  • Conduct thorough quality audits to assess and improve advisor performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales calls for adherence to quality standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide actionable feedback and coaching recommendations to advisors, focusing on skill development and improvement.
  • Document audit findings, identify trends, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the training team to develop coaching programs based on audit results, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in creating and updating quality guidelines and performance criteria to support consistent evaluation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or education.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Call Quality Auditor or in a quality assurance role within a sales-oriented call center, demonstrating expertise in quality management and coaching.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes, high-ticket sales environments, and Inside Sales Outreach operations.
  • Excellent analytical and observation skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and feedback delivery skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and provide actionable feedback.

Proficiency in EdTech industry standards is highly valued but not required.
