Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a personalized experience for each guest.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond to booking enquiries from guests in a friendly and professional manner, paying attention to their requirements to ensure understanding and provide an appropriate response.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas, etc.
  • Support with marketing tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong English language skills, excellent communication abilities, a knack for sales, and a customer-centric approach. We prefer candidates who can start immediately and have a degree in tourism or Public Relations. You should also be fluent in English (excellent grammar), have strong communication skills (written and verbal), good computer skills, including typing and navigating multiple applications, and an interest in the travel and hospitality industry.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 6 months to 3 years
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts

As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will receive training from our team to efficiently handle emails and other tasks. You will be part of a dynamic team that values customer satisfaction and provides opportunities for growth and development.
