About the Team

The PC Solutions Engineering team is a global team responsible for the technical architecture and engineering for the PC Solutions business unit. Our team members are passionate about technology and deeply understand the reinsurance business. We collaborate closely with other teams and colleagues globally to share knowledge and engineer solutions.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Over 15 Years of Experience in Software Engineering
  • At Least 10 Years of Experience in Java or .Net Core
  • Experience Leading Teams in Cross-Functional Environments
  • Hands-On Engineering Experience with Cloud-Native Applications
  • Strong Analytical and Creative Problem-Solving Skills
  • Proficiency in Agile Practices
  • Commitment to Continuous Learning
