Key Engineering Role

Job Description:
  • To lead a key group within the MEP services sector, providing strategic guidance, building technical capabilities, and demonstrating leadership by example.
  • To manage selected projects or project components, ensuring they meet technical requirements, budgetary constraints, quality standards, safety protocols, and timeframe objectives while exceeding client expectations.
  • To promote and support brand development for Arcadis in India, facilitating the recruitment process.
  • To actively participate and contribute to the GEC professional group and externally at seminars and conferences.
  • To establish and nurture relationships within the building services industry.
Responsibilities:
  • Proactively managing selected projects or project components, taking responsibility for resource allocation, overseeing the production of analysis and design (including drawings and reports), ensuring the integrity of the overall design (in collaboration with other design disciplines), quality assurance, and client feedback.
  • Providing input to the GEC sector strategy/business plans as required and contributing towards their achievement.
  • Communicating effectively with team members to ensure they understand and engage with sector/discipline business plans.
  • Liaising with the Project Manager or Director and the client to stay informed about all developments, changes/modifications associated with the project.
  • Identifying opportunities and driving implementation of standardization strategies to enhance efficiencies at GEC.
  • Providing leadership, direction, and technical advice to project team members, taking a proactive role in developing team members to their full potential, leading by example to achieve sector/divisional goals, and championing a culture of quality, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
  • Being familiar with and compliant with relevant H & S and CDM regulations, promoting a culture of awareness within the team.
