Job Overview

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Enterprise Platform Engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, plan sprints, and prioritize work across complex backlogs.
  • Develop and maintain clear project roadmaps, aligning them with strategic objectives.
  • Manage software engineering programs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery against commitments.
  • Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and engage in technical discussions to inform architectural decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in technical program management, coordinating cross-organizational technical programs.
  • Experience managing software engineering programs end to end.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with matrixed leadership roles, leading program managers through program strategies and project execution.
  • Proven ability to run and deliver results on large-scale, complex technical projects.
  • Ability to develop a deep understanding of underlying technologies to effectively align teams and drive cohesive technical roadmaps.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
