Job Description:

As a senior engineering leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers in the delivery of high-quality products. Your expertise in software and application security will be essential in ensuring that our solutions meet stringent security requirements.

Your role will involve defining and monitoring team health indicators and productivity metrics, as well as establishing and enforcing disciplined, agile engineering practices. You will also act as a representative for your team with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic record and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a STEM field. You should also have demonstrated technical leadership and a track record of exceeding expectations.

You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, as well as a passion for developing people and building effective teams. Experience working in agile development environments is also essential.

Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with security certification frameworks, particularly FIPS 140, Common Criteria, FedRAMP, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of DISA STIG and CIS benchmarks, including audit and remediation practices (e.g., Compliance as Code)
  • Self-driven, continuously learning, and passionate about improving team effectiveness
